The Aquatic Weed Harvester

Our Aquatic Weed Harvesters allow us to remove problematic weeds instantly and weeds efficiently from your waters.  This method provides accuracy in managing problem areas and maintaining a healthy and ecological balance to the environment while being cost effective.  Since no chemicals or herbicides are needed, aquatic weed harvesting is the green solution.

This machine is barge mounted and is designed to cut and collect aquatic vegetation and trash from waterways.  It is highly efficient in removing submerged, emergent and free floating material.  It is fitted with a pick up conveyor at the forward end of the machine, which can be lowered up to 4 feet deep.  One horizontal and two vertical cutter bars cut as the machine moves forward through the water.  As material is cut, it falls back onto a continuously revolving conveyer, which carries the debris onto the machine and drops it into a storage hold.  Once the storage hold is full, the debris is then off loaded for disposal.
